Elizabeth
As a graduate of the prestigious Aveda Institute and a former Paul Mitchell-Miami instructor, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge to Bloom. Her extensive experience in cutting and color services can help guide you to your best look. Along with Caitlyn and Kate, she mentors our newer stylists and enjoys helping them on their hair journey.
Sitting in her chair is like spending time with a good friend - her warmth and charm could be considered her superpower!
Caitlyn
Ready for a change? Caitlyn is your girl! With over a decade of experience in the hair industry, she's great at cutting, coloring and blonding. She's also in high demand for smoothing treatments which help minimize/eliminate frizz.

Caitlyn knows Aiken like the back of her hand and can help you connect whether you're new to the area or a long-time resident. And as a mom with two active children, she relates to the demands on the busy mom's hair needs,

Kate
Always adventurous, Kate can deliver a banging cut/color and highlight and she loves the challenge of a low maintenance balayage. She absolutely will guide you based on what your hair goal is keeping in mind the current health of your hair. Kate is known for taking on a challenge and has helped many recover from damage due to over-processing. She embraces her own curly hair and loves helping others fall in love with theirs.

If you aren't smiling while you're in her chair, you must be asleep! Kate's positive attitude is infectious.
Jessica
A hands-on hair stylist, Jessica learned her craft through an apprenticeship and quickly developed a love for short hair cuts/styles, blonding and gray coverage. She's been in the hair industry since 2016 and has a sixth sense when it comes to the needs of her guests.
When you're in her chair, the conversation may be about two of her favorite topics - baking and books! And as a mom, she can really relate to the hair needs of a busy mother.
Maddie
Maddie is a graduate of the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology in Columbia, SC. She enjoys all color services including gray coverage/blending as well as blonding and balayage. Her guests just rave about her scalp massage. It truly is superb!

Your experience with Maddie is a relaxing one. She tends to be on the quiet side, and her soft spoken nature is very calming and comforting. She loves music and has a beautiful singing voice. You may catch her outside of the salon in a local choral event.
Lauren

Lauren achieved her cosmetology licensing while in high school and moved to the Aiken area in the summer of 2024 to attend USC-A School of Nursing.
She loves getting to know each guest personally and helping them overcome their hair challenges.That nurturing 'nurse-like' personality comes through with every service she performs and her cheerful demeanor is contagious.
Sarah L
Sarah earned her cosmetology license from the Miller Motte Technical College in Augusta and has been in the hair industry since 2015. Not only is she a hair cutting wizard with all hair types, she loves the variety of options when doing blonding and gray coverage services. She also offers curl texture services that deliver beautiful beach waves to even the straightest hair.

Definitely the cool/calm/collected one on the team, Sarah is loved for her relaxed demeanor - she's so easy to talk to!
Jenna
Jenna is a graduate of the Aiken School of Cosmetology and worked with us during that time. She loves all things hair and excels all over color/gray coverage as well as blonding and balayage (hand painted blonding).

She's a Disney fan and a PK- IYKYK ! A great listener, Jenna is a phenom when it comes to helping you identify what you dislike about your hair. She makes it her personal mission to help you love your hair.
Sarah B
Sarah joined Bloom Salon in early 2025 and brought with her a strong blonding game. She relocated to Aiken from the Columbia/Lexington area where she built a devoted clientele, many of whom followed her here to Aiken. She has a sweet yet confident style and her consultations help guests identify what they really want.

A newlywed, Sarah and her husband are already very active in their new church home. She's loving the more relaxed pace in Aiken and looks forward to growing a strong business with us.
Elliot
Elliot is a graduate of Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology and is fairly new to the Aiken area. She loves the variety of our industry, enjoying everything from cuts and blow dry styling to color services.

One of her favs is color - particularly gray coverage. She finds the results very satisfying and enjoys seeing the smiles on her guests' faces when their service is complete.
Audrey
Audrey attended the Aiken County Career Center's School of Cosmetology, and she worked part-time at Bloom, all while she was in high school. She loves cutting, color and blonding, and her excitement about the field of cosmetology is her 'secret sauce'. She brings loads of energy and good vibes to us all.
As a local girl, Audrey stays on top of what's happening in Aiken. If you are new to the Aiken area, she's a great connection to what's going on in our community.
Our Operations Team
Our owner, Brenda, grew up around the industry with a hairdresser mom yet she isn't behind the chair. She is behind the scenes - with over a decade in the business running the salon. As the administrator, the coach, the front desk pilot, and everything in-between, she allows the Bloom Team to focus on what it does best - serve our guests!
Lauren
As our Salon Coordinator, Lauren came to us when she relocated to Aiken and brought with her a working knowledge of our industry and some serious customer service skills. Her experience as a former service provider helps her understand the needs within the salon. Her time spent as a receptionist for a very busy salon in Chicago taught her how to keep all the 'plates spinning' in the front of the house!
A Florida transplant, we snagged Kaylin from a local fitness club/gym where she handled everything from guest relations to membership growth. She's a great asset to us, and likely the first and last person you interact with at Bloom.
